About Me

Yoga is very much a lifestyle choice for me, stabilising my physical, mental and spiritual welfare. Being on my mat allows me the space to look inward, listen to my body and explore my yoga journey.

Having practised yoga for many years, I did my Ashtanga Vinyasa training at Its YOGA in Fuerteventura. The training has totally changed me and I consider yoga to be my lifelong commitment.

I firmly believe yoga is for all. It’s all about your self-practice and the ability to meet Yoga where you are. I have recently added restorative and yin yoga to my training and am constantly exploring ways in which to pass on my knowledge in both my classes and workshops.

Life is better with Yoga.

I have been practising with Michelle for many years, right at the start of her yoga journey up the present day, as she takes her passion for yoga into the future. Her classes help you to unwind, stop and most importantly…to breathe…..Michelle has the knack of adapting a session to the ability of the class and her encouraging, soothing tones make for a really invigorating experience. Michelle is faithful to traditional yoga practise but adapts and translates the postures into practical, everyday language that even a beginner could comprehend. I would thoroughly recommend Michelle’s classes and she is also the loveliest person!
